This is a synthetic water-based lubricant developed for thin wall computer, cell phone and electronic magnesium die-casting applications. The chemically balanced blend of synthetic polymers, wetting and anti-­solder additives withstand thermal degradation at core and other high temperature areas of the die where soldering can occur. CAST-RITE® 301F provides exceptional wetting which helps increase overall production rates by maximizing the cooling efficiencies of the die’s surface.
