DIE COAT CP2401-CR

This is a water-based , semi-synthetic die lubricant specifically developed for use in aluminum die casting. The chemically balanced blend of natural lubricants, unique polymers, wetting and anti-solder agents withstand thermal degradation at core, and other high-temperature areas of the die where soldering can occur. The product provides exceptional wetting which helps increase overall production rates by maximizing the cooling efficiency of the die surface. Typical parts weighing up to 100 lbs (45 kg) cast using this product include: transmission cases ; engine blocks ; instrument panels ; steering columns ; consumer appliances and many other complex or thin walled castings.
